Adobe Illustrator CS3

Adobe Illustrator CS3

I have been an avid user of Illustrator for a few years now. I began my online vector drawing experience using Macromedia Flash 4 back in 2001? I’m not entirely sure. I have always liked the look and feel of vector, the image scalability from very small to large without pixel loss. Anyways, I really enjoy vector and designing in vector.

About a month ago, I decided that I needed to do something about my version of Illustrator. I owned CS2 at the time, but I saw some nice new features in CS3 that I wanted to try out. - So I bought the demo. I tried out the demo for a few days, and realized there were extra tools that made work much easier. One of my favorite tools is the “color guide”. It’s useful for picking out colors that match your current color.

I’m sure there is a lot more that I’ll be learning about in CS3, and I look forward to it! After I used the demo for 30 days, I found an upgrade on Amazon for $5 less than Adobe.com, plus they’re shipping was overnight! Now that I have the full version, I’m putting it to use.

The pear, and banana, tutorials were designed in CS3.
