Sell it first

If you have an idea for an amazing product that you want to make, try selling it before you make it. Find out if people are interested, get orders before you start manufacturing. My friend once sold a marketing plan to dozens of happy customers before he made it. The sales pitch was excellent, the supply was limited, and the time was short. He and his buddy got the sales, and then realized they had to sit down and actually write out the marketing plan. They did, they had plenty of incentive because it was already sold, and in the end they had a bunch of happy customers. They had a hit product and didn’t waste time trying to develop something without knowing if it’d sell.
