Ups and downs

Our society is full of tired people. We overwork ourselves to the point of exhaustion. We don’t get enough sleep. To combat this we take caffeine in many forms, all to keep us more alert and awake. It starts in the teen years and progresses throughout adulthood, if you need an extra kick take an energy drink or have an extra cup of coffee. Then when your day is over and you need to sleep just take pills or drinks to calm you down and help you relax. And so the roller coaster ride continues. There’s a better way. Get rest, exercise, eat good foods, and be temperate in all things.
