I’m a vegetarian and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I’ve lived my entire life without meat, that means no meat of any kind. I was raised that way, as a child that’s all I knew. Science is quickly catching onto the dangers of meat, especially certain kinds, encourages people to eat more fruits, whole grains, and vegetables. My church (Seventh-day Adventist) encourages healthy living and plant based diets. As a result many of its members enjoy longer and more fulfilled lives.
