Boiling frogs and needy television

Each week I share five pieces I’ve written. That may not be all I write—as my friend Steve recently learned, but it’s my favorite things.

As always feedback is welcome, whether you agree or disagree.

  • You can’t boil a frog - The boiling frog metaphor is wrong. We need to change it out for something better.
  • Needy television - On the types of television that are worth watching, and which should be avoided.
  • I forget, but I care - My memory isn’t great. But I try to make up for it in other ways.
  • Quiet quitting and caring - Many people feel tempted to quiet quit. Seth Godin thinks that’s bad, undecided.
  • Running with friends and meetings - In an attempt to connect with people, but not schedule meetings per say, I love to invite friends on runs with me, and it’s been a lot of fun.
