My redline process never fails

On the latest episode of Async I shared my process for designing with literal red lines. If you’re a designer of any type you’ll appreciate the take.

As I create design boards (whether in Figma, Adobe tools, Freeform, or otherwise) I’ll add todo items in bright red. These are right next to the in progress designs. I also highlight items to fix in red.

Then, when I come back to a project it’s clear what areas need additional work. I also never delete design work, but instead move items into an archive area on the board and into archived files.
