Clickbaity YouTube thumbnail and headline aside, I’ve been thinking about an idea I heard on a podcast today. What if I were to use AI to do a talking head of myself, but upload the audio from my podcast or just record myself for an article. Frankly, I kind of don’t care about video—it’s one of the areas of creating that interests me the least.

I’m wondering if the entire thing would be a gimmick, or if it’d be appreciated. My voice, my writing, but let the video be handled by AI.
