It's not too late

You might feel like the world left you behind. Somewhere, in the chaos of the last month, year, or decade, everyone moved on and figured it out—and you're the last one holding the bag.

Two seconds on Instagram will reveal that others are happier, richer, funnier, smarter, and living better lives. It's worthless, just give up already.

Is that how you feel? It's definitely a series of thoughts I've had on and off over the last few years—wondering if all my desire to create, refine, tinker, learn, share—is that even worth it?

Well I'm here to tell you that it's not too late. Maybe that idea is already taken, maybe someone else has already done it better; maybe you feel like a fraud and shouldn't even bother. But what you're doing, what you're sharing, what you're trying, all that is worth pursuing.

Just because you heard something, doesn't mean the world knows. Pick it up, learn it, try it, make it your own, and then make it a little better. Steal like an artist, understand what the greats have done before you, and iterate on that for your own audience.

There's still plenty more unknown out there, plenty of horizons to cling to.

It's never too late, in fact now is the perfect time to jump in and do something wonderful. We're counting on you.
