Unscribing attempts

Sometimes, an unwanted email isn’t actually “spam”, it’s just an email that you’d have rather not gotten.
My general thesis is that if you keep up with this fight over time, eventually your inbox is generally pretty clean, and the fight doesn’t seem so overwhelming to keep fighting.

I’ve long suspected that some marketing newsletters completely ignore my unsubscribing. Still I keep up the fight, attempting to smack them down one at a time like whack-a-mole. Overall it does seem like I’ve gotten rid of most spam, but there’s a few brands that drive me up the wall for their apparent disregard of my intentions.
