As a web designer I’ve worked with many clients and projects. Sometimes in the midst of a project the end goal, that of the user, gets left behind. The client and the designer can both get carried away in the logistics of the project and not focus on what the website needs. A website should provide what its users need in a simple and straightforward manner. Answer their problems and give them what they need. If you lose sight of your focus you’ll get stuck in the mud messing with pointless details.
